Our moving process is built around serving your needs. Whether we are moving you or a loved one, we plan a move shaped by your input. 

Here is our moving process

  • Schedule a Free Estimate: Give us a call or fill out our online form to get started. We can do in-person or virtual estimates. 
  • Receive a Custom Order of Service: Once your estimate is complete, we’ll give you a full order of service. This document maps out all the services you have requested for your move, along with a timeline and detailed, transparent pricing. 
  • Meet your Move Manager: A specialized move manager will handle the ins and outs of your move. Every stage of your move will be communicated to you so you have peace of mind knowing where your property is at every step.
  • (Optional) Estate Sale: It’s often recommended to host an estate sale before holding a cleanout. 
  • Cleanout Day: You can have as much input in how your estate cleanout progresses as you wish. If you’d like our team to take care of everything, we can do that. If you’d like to give specific direction on the donation or disposal of certain items, we will happily follow your wishes.

In many cases, we may be able to begin your clean out on the same day you call us. It simply depends on the availability of our staff.

If you are interested in hosting an estate sale, we can begin planning it as soon as you call, but it’s a good idea to save at least a week of time to advertise an estate sale before holding it.

Estate sale jobs are completely customizable. We can organize and run the whole thing, or we can do as little as the set up. It all depends on your needs.

Absolutely. We give our customers the ability to choose how their estate cleanout is completed. If you’d like to be there on the day of the cleanout and give instructions, you may. If you’d rather send directions over e-mail or over the phone, that’s fine as well. We craft the plan for your cleanout based on your unique needs and follow your direction.

Yes, if there are certain documents you need help finding or files you have found that you need shipped to family members or lawyers, we can manage that process for you.
