Since joining Take Care Move Assistance in 2023, Melina Hart  has been a dedicated and certified Senior Move Manager, recently earning her SMM-C designation through NASMM, a milestone that reflects her commitment to professionalism and compassionate service. With a strong background in customer interaction, Melina communicates with clients and community partners through phone and email, ensuring every interaction is warm, clear, and solution-focused.

In her role, Melina manages a wide range of responsibilities that keep operations running smoothly. She conducts consultations with potential customers, helping them understand available services while guiding them through what can often be an emotional or overwhelming transition. She also handles job dispatching through the MoversTech portal, coordinates necessary materials, and prepares detailed invoices once a project is complete.

Melina’s work is deeply rooted in empathy. She has a genuine passion for working with older adults, finding joy in hearing their stories and building meaningful connections along the way.
